Education Automation System
The B2B Automation System digitizes day-to-day operations for Bangladeshi schools, colleges, and madrasas through unified end-to-end web portals for admins, teachers, staff, students, and parents, generating BDT 5.20 Crore (CA$591k) in annual gross earnings with 300k+ users across 8k+ institutes nationwide.

PROBLEM
Most educational institutes in Bangladesh were managing admissions, attendance, grading, and finance across spreadsheets, paper ledgers, and disconnected tools, creating duplicated work, manual errors, and zero real‑time visibility for administrators.
Inefficient workflows and fragmented data directly impacted institute productivity, parent satisfaction, and adoption of the paid SaaS model; if onboarding felt complex or daily tasks remained slow, institutes would quickly churn back to manual processes.
RESEARCH & CHALLENGE
Admins and clerks prioritized “getting today’s work done” (fees, attendance, results) over long setup, so the system needed simple defaults and progressive configuration instead of heavy upfront data entry.
Teachers and parents mostly interacted through mobile and low‑bandwidth environments, so critical flows (attendance, result publishing, notifications) needed to work reliably with minimal screens and lightweight UI patterns.

SOLUTION
Designed end-to-end portals for each end users; Admin, Teachers, Accounts, Students/Parents.
Structured the main navigation around real‑world tasks (Admission, Attendance, Fees, Result, Reports) instead of technical modules so clerks could map the UI to their existing workflows with almost no training.
Simplified dense forms (admissions, result entry, fee setup) with progressive disclosure, grouped fields, and contextual defaults to speed up data entry and reduce errors for high‑volume clerical work.
Designed data‑heavy tables (student lists, fee ledgers, result sheets) with sticky headers, inline filters, and bulk actions to minimize scrolling and clicks during peak workload periods.
RESULTS
The platform is used by more than 300,000 users across 8,000+ educational institutes in Bangladesh and generates approximately BDT 5.20 Crore (CA$591K) in annual gross earnings, validating both the product–market fit and the scalability of the UX architecture.
